In 2018, I weighed 333lbs, had no energy, and a handful of serious medical conditions. Some of which were a herniated back, with bulging discs, auto-immune disease, and I could barely walk, much less exercise. At 45 years old, I decided to take charge of my life and health. I began the journey of Keto. A few years later I have become 98% carnivore. I feel and look great, and this year I will reach my goal. I have began using a supplement which has already begun to help how I feel, and how my body is changing. When I reach my goal, I will reveal what I have been using. Thank you, and enjoy!

    2023 Goals for Keto, Carnivore, Ketovore!

    What's coming up for the new year? Everyone always says that it's a new year, new you, but you're still the same you. Don't change who you are, make positive changes wherever you can to make the amazing you, even better! With my Lupus, I'm limited to what I can eat.  I've found that this way of eating, for me, has put most of my symptoms into remission, and I'm able to be the best me possible because of it!  What works for you? It may be the complete opposite. Find what works best for you, and your body, then run with it!  I hope that you have a blessed day, and keep being amazing! ~Sheena
