Democrats Panicked As President Biden Falls Flat At First Debate

President Biden and former President Trump faced off in the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle last night, in a highly contentious faceoff. Earlier this week, the Supreme Court accidentally posted a document foreshadowing one of four opinions released on Thursday, Moyle v. United States. The High Court has ruled that emergency abortions are allowed to be performed in Idaho for now. Following the Dobbs decision, the Biden administration issued guidelines for abortions that conflicted with Idaho's state law. An Unprecedented Presidential Showdown

    An Unprecedented Presidential Showdown

The CNN presidential debate is tonight, and this is the first contest between President Biden and former President Trump this election cycle. It will make US history as the earliest presidential debate, airing two months before the candidates are officially nominated at their respective conventions. Voters and pundits alike are sure to be watching closely to see which candidate emerges victorious, as the next debate is slated for months away in September. Director of the FOX News Decision Desk, Arnon Mishkin, joins to discuss how debates can make or break a campaign, their importance in past elections, and what to expect from each candidate’s performance.
The Supreme Court laid down a 6-3 ruling in Murthy v. Missouri, with the majority deciding that the plaintiffs did not have standing in the case where they alleged the Biden administration coerced social media companies into censoring "misinformation" about the COVID-19 pandemic. The High Court also made an error this week, accidentally posting a decision in the Idaho emergency abortions case stating that abortions would be allowed in cases of emergency in the state. FOX News contributor and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andy McCarthy joins the podcast to explain why the court ruled against Missouri in the social media case and weigh the outcomes of the potential Idaho decision.
Plus, commentary by Jimmy Failla, host of “Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla.”

Evening Edition: DHS Identifies Hundreds Of Migrants Smuggled In By ISIS

A senior official in the Department of Homeland Security tells FOX News that nearly four hundred migrants crossed the Southern border with help from an ISIS-affiliated smuggling ring. DHS says that they believe it is more of a network taking advantage of migrants wanting to enter the U-S and not a terror operation. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas at a briefing with reporters to tout decreasing numbers of illegal crossings said the report was 'incorrect' but didn't not offer details on why he feels that way.

FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Charles Marino, former advisor to the DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, Chief Executive Officer of Sentinel, and author of 'Terrorists on the Border and in Our Country', about the report and the level of concern we could have about a terrorist threat at the border.
