#315: The One About the Brain Struggle Well School

The brain can be very confusing, but luckily, I’ve done some studying so you don’t have to. In this episode, I’m sharing some fascinating things I’ve learned about the brain that I hope will encourage you to embrace God's complex and amazing design.
One advantage we have is that we have the ability to choose what we focus on - what we focus on determines our actions which directs our life. What a beautiful gift from our loving Creator!

Action Steps:
Do a daily thought download. Be honest.
Understand the overview of the brain well enough that you can explain it to others.
Write "Every coin has two sides" as a reminder that there is another, better perspective you can choose to believe.
