We’re already into the second month of 2024, exploring intentional living which can lead to 'life to the full' this year.
In this episode I re-present sections 5 & 6 sections of an ebook I wrote many years ago entitled, 'Discovering Your Rhythm of Life: Ancient Wisdom for Living the Good Life'. It's a brief exploration of how we can lean into living a free and full life- the life that Jesus already won for us -and offers to us- as we walk and work with Him.
Largely inspired by Christian monastic communities over the past millennia and a half, I unpack what beginning to offer all of our lives to God in gratitude, and to others/our world, could look like.
This is just the beginning of a continual process of becoming and being God's redemptive agents in His wonderful world.. which will lead you over the edge of the wild!
