More Than 30,000 People Live Outside In LA, Carson's Federally Funded Water Recycling Plant, Arroyo Seco's Trail Restoration, & Super Fun Saturday At LAist— The Saturday Edition
L.A.’s unsheltered population has surged in recent years as of the latest count more than 30,000 people live outside.
