Welcome to 13 Xehanorts, a podcast about the videogame franchise Kingdom Hearts. Join us as we explain each game and turn this convoluted narrative into something very simple and clean. (Actually, it's going to be very complicated and we swear sometimes.)
Whether you're a fan or curious about the games, this podcast is for you. The entire narrative of Kingdom Hearts is rather inaccessible, since you need 8+ consoles to play all the games. Also - it gets incredibly complicated. That's why we're here, to make it as comprehensible as possible. Who is Xehanort, you ask? What a good, good question.

2: Riku
In this episode we talk about our precious troubled son Riku in the first Kingdom Hearts game. Sort-of villain, sort-of rival, definitely best friend, Riku is the moral gray to Sora's black and white. Also, Maleficent, Sora, and Ansem inadvertently team up to gaslight him all game. Whoops?
Warning: there are feelings. A lot of them.
Things we discover in this episode that don't come back for 1000 years but you should still make note of them: Riku's sword Soul Eater has a big ol' blue eye in the hilt. -
1: Sora
In this episode of 13 Xehanorts we talk about Sora in KH1. Sora is a cheerful blue sky of a boy who only wants to find his friends. Armed with the Keyblade and a distressingly black and white sense of morality, Sora travels through the worlds with Donald and Goofy doing his hero thing. We answer important questions like: can Gorillas sense hearts? can you have more than two friends? how many boxes do I have to bust to be a Real Hero?
