Hi everyone, we would like to welcome you to our podcast, E-GOVERNMENT REFORM COMPARISON BETWEEN SOUTH KOREA AND SOUTH AFRICA. This podcast is a part of our Intro to Public Management final exam. Today we are joined by Bhagas, Dinda, Fiona, Maria, and Azka. Our topic revolves around reform implementations, changes in managerial approach on administrative units, changes in the relationship between the government and the public, and an evaluation of the reform in South Korea and South Africa. Today we will attempt to dive into how these two different countries approach the gap between demand for service using the technology available.
