At the age of 35 Andy’s life switched course, having been a computer geek for many years; working in banks, setting up online businesses and shops for his web development clients he reached a ‘had enough’ point when his life crumbled.  Business was ok, but his marriage had broken up, he was 23 stone in weight and on Christmas eve 2010 he moved back home with his parents, to his old childhood bedroom!
Through experiencing this massive transformation in his life and thanks to the Power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), he is passionate about supporting people to learn the empowering tools and techniques of NLP to equip them with the skills and confidence to make a difference in their lives.
Andy is a Keynote speaker, executive coach and along with his business partner Jo Wilson runs a successful NLP Training company, providing high-quality, ethical and transformational training at NLP Diploma, Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels.
Earlier in 2019 Andy won the ‘NLP in Healthcare’ award for his exceptional work in the NHS supporting staff to be able to communicate more effectively, creating a long-term impact on clinical outcomes. Most recently, Andy delivered a series of masterclass sessions on Confident Conversations at the headquarters of Sainsburys, Mars, and the Co-Op.
