    As the World Health Organization projects there will soon be 1 million confirmed cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus worldwide.  The United States has more cases than any other nation as Americans are warned to prepare to see devastating numbers in the next few weeks. Experts warn there could be up to 240 thousand cases in the U.S. even if social distancing guidelines are followed.
