Job hunting in Jamaica is very competitive with so many persons leaving high school and university that needs a job. Why do we need so many year’s experience for an entry level job and why don’t companies put the pay scale on the job posting? Jaheim and I will give our opinion on this topic. Also a new segment called “Am I The A*****e?”. Stay tuned.

This is just an episode that at first I didn't know what to talk about. Then I said I would do a 2022 review but it turned into a work related reflection.
