So after following WW for well over a month, I have really failed and the unhealthy obsession with the numbers has come back so I’ve gone back to Slimming World.

This episode focuses on my first Christmas without my beautiful Mum. It really was heartbreaking and it wasn’t the same. But we pulled together as a family and we got through it, for the sake of my Mum and for the children
