Letting go of control with Sunny Side Up podcaster Ali Long‪!‬ Moms Get it Done

This week is so special because I got to talk with fellow podcaster and amazing human, Ali Long.  I have a really hard time giving up control-of the house, the kids, you name it. Why is it so hard?!?!? Is my way really better? How could giving up control benefit me and my kids? I could actually take time for MYSELF! I know, it sounds crazy, but it works and we talk about how and why on this episode.

We also discuss that long list of “shoulds” in your head that you can’t seem to give up. I “should” be spending more time with the kids, I “should” get more work done. You know what I mean. Let’s set some good examples for our kids and ask for what we need, take care of ourselves, honor yourself and your time.
