Living with Brain Fog - with Laura and Nikki UnChronically

    • Самосовершенствование

This podcast episode has 2 guests, Laura and Nikki, who also deal with brain fog. We all battle some unique and some similar health issues and diseases, and one of our most common symptoms is brain fog. I had us all research a bit about what it is from a medical standpoint, and then we discussed how we relate to that information ourselves, how we personally experience brain fog and how it effects our daily lives. We discuss things we do to manage the symptoms and helping those around us understand how to better support us during 'flare ups' of it.

There includes some research we found, that I have since forgotten where I got it (hello brain fog!) but I did make sure to only look up esteemed university research studies and public medical records and documentation on brain fog.

None of us, including myself, are medical professionals and the information in this podcast is only meant for building awareness, creating understanding, and to help support those who battle with brain fog and their loved ones. You are not battling this alone.

*Recording of this podcast took place during the quarantine and we had to record it remotely between the three of us....as you might understand, that means a lot of feedback and pops in the audio. I have spent months working on piecing it all together and removing as much of the interference and feedback sounds as possible without compromising the content. For a long time I felt hopeless in publishing this due to the quality, as I want to make produce quality content for you all, but I've since realized that the quality doesn't matter as much as the value of the content. If anything in this podcast can help even one person to feel understood and not feel alone, then that's what matters most
