"Do you act for what you believe in." A sentiment ingrained in my psyche after the call to action I received at the recent protests happening around Stellenbosch. In accordance with this idea I decided to revive the podcast to spread a message of unity with my good friend Banzi Bottoman, an avid activist and personal inspiration to me for what the modern South African can and should be. Topics such as privilege's place in the fight against discrimination, challenging your ingrained viewpoints and the call to action our people need to mould our future for the better came up and the banter did not disappoint. Enter the conversation with an open mind to hear both a black and white perspective on racism, with some good laughs in between, and hopefully leave with the desire to inspire positive change in your world.

Back at it in Res with mister Carlisle, having some eye opening chats about anime as an entertainment medium. This along with our realization that clichés nearly with out fail carry the world's greatest truths, my apparent burning hatred form communism and how Endgame is a brilliantly underrated metaphor for putting in the work when no one is looking and reaping the rewards later on. An absolute banger of a conversation with my Res mate Hagan! Talking about quite a few interesting topics such as the differences in our upbringings, the ways our parents disciplined us and how that affected us up until now. How we in our limited wisdom would like to raise our children one day and the various accidents that we've been a part of (including me crashing a golf cart into a bridge). Do enjoy this one!  

"People focus too much on what they should be doing, instead of what they can be doing". Some very insightful information shared and memories revisited in this one with Shane. Talking about our shared experience of high school and the separate memories we have that sculpted us as human beings along with other topics such as the perceived misconceptions straight people have towards pride month and that one thing the world needs more of is context. Along with some more topics such as if people who are more focused on a singular goal are "better" than us regular folk, how I nearly made a short film over recess and how the main appeal of travel is just experiencing things outside the norm of your existence.
