One Million Breaths Chad Krash

In this episode We interview Joshua Rawlings, a small business owner and Nashville musician, Joshua is a candidate for Congress, Tennessee District 5 . Coming from an upbringing of a left-leaning mother and an intellectually conservative father, Joshua is a well rounded individual,perfect for the job. Listen as he talks about running a campaign during a pandemic. Our other guest Karah, is a single mother who had to quickly adapt to the current economy, Working Instacart, while juggling being a homeschool teacher is no easy feat.

In this episode we have interviews with Roger Conner, Mohamed Abdelkarim Haroun,  and Marshall Stuart. Roger is a woodworker who is part of Fort Houston. He brought Fort Houston on board to take over the assembly operation of the 100 Ventilator Project. Mohamed works at a makerspace  located in NYC. He has shared with us how the Pandemic has affected the Makerspaces in the city. Marshall is employee at Pennington Distillery. He was instrumental in getting his distillery shifted into a lifesaving hand sanitizer manufacturing plant.  

In this episode Will and Chad give an update on the progress Make Nashville is making as essential employees. Chad does an interview with Jenna Loofbourrow, the lead of the mask sewing volunteers at Make Nashville.

The first episode in a series with Make Nashville Executive Director Will Harper and Media Lab Captain Chad Krash . They talk about how the makerspace is making face masks and  face shields for first responders, as well as the One Million Ventilators collaboration that Harper is a member on the board. Chad Krash does an interview with the UFCW treasurer for the region, about how the union is working with Kroger, to get better safety measures for employees and customers.
