    Rejection is good and necessary to achieving confidence and boosting your self esteem.   

    But we feel like it's something we should avoid at all cost. It is almost like another form of procrastination.   

    How much control do you really have in your life? How many of the things going on in your mind do you really have an influence on?   

    How can you deal with rejection in any area of your life? Friendships, work relationships, romantic relationships?  

    More importantly, how can we stop rejecting ourselves?  

    Remember this line... The world will accept the judgement we place on ourself :)

    We place so much importance on receiving validation from others that we neglect the opinion that matters most, our own.  

    By doing this we train ourselves to seek comfort externally rather than internally. Losing the belief in ourselves and most importantly never embracing the idea that everything we need is within us already.

    All your life you've been told to never change and to just be yourself. But take an audit and ask yourself who's been telling you this? People who have no idea what you're going through, and people who don't have the life you want for yourself.

    You will never be able to overcome social anxiety as the person you currently are. It just doesn't happen that way, I really wish it did...  

    BUT as the video explains, there is a way to start to become this new self who is happy, confident, and in control of their emotions. Someone who can express themselves authentically and can start to live the life you know you have the potential to.   

    The Secret is to begin to assume the feeling that this person would have. Acting as if you are this person... What do they dress like? What do they Talk like? How do they carry themselves?  

    AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... how do they FEEL?  

    Use the tactics described in this video to begin to get rid of this old self that is still holding you back, decide the character you want to become, and begin to assume the feelings that person would have in their daily life.
