one of the sweetest people on this planet ☀️
listening to Kait talking about conscious living and parenting is such a blessing in my life. it keeps me sane. knowing that I am not alone in my approach gives me strength and makes me feel understood.
moreover, Kait’s voice is so soothing that it even helps me to relax (being a single mom and a student can be hard sometimes).
in any case, I recommend listening to this podcast to all people (those who are already parents, those who are considering becoming ones and those who are not even thinking about parenting yet – or ever) because it is beneficial from many perspectives (as a re-parenting guide and as a way to feel more grounded).
much love ❤️
