Welcome back for Episode 4 of Van Jammin! This week we discuss the famous Jimi Hendrix live set at Woodstock 69'. There are some killer renditions of Voodoo Child and Spanish Castle Magic on this album, just to name a few. Of course, there is the infamous (at the time) rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. Hendrix's version is a statement of love and frustration to a country that was fighting a war that many viewed as pointless. We hope you enjoy this special 4th of July episode! Get in the van!
