I Don't Know, Yet Lori Crockett-Owens

Good morning anchor. This is Lori Crockett Owen's, and as I said before I have a YouTube channel under my name and you're welcome to come by and view. I have no restrictions on my channel I try and keep it clean. But thank you for your support for my podcasts I haven't made one in awhile. This one is particularly about what I have been doing since my mom passed away, what I have been doing in my progress with my anxiety and my coping or distraction technique I have been taught about how to get through anxiety . I have started a college course, through the coursera app, because I have focus problems due to anxiety, and the college app is helping with my focus problems. Yay!. But that's what's going on with me I my progress with my anxiety. Anxiety is no fun especially if u have panic attacks which is also what I have. But again thank you for your support to my podcasts, I feel like I'm rambling, lol. And I don't know when I'll be making another podcast, but again thank you for listening.
