An Emotional Intelligence (EI) podcast about the experiences of different people and how they shaped their perspectives.

After spending 5 years gathering the opinions of different people, we found that the easiest way to connect to people is to respect the background of their opinion and use that as the ground on which to build a relationship. While IJTAT does not teach Emotional Intelligence, it provides a prequel to it. We believe that the first step towards developing EI is to constantly subject yourself to listening to people who may or may not share your views.
