The ISTH is excited to offer an in-person educational workshop from September 20-22, 2024, featuring three days of clinical education programming provided by preeminent voices in thrombosis and hemostasis. Located in the historic city of Zagreb, Croatia, attendees will receive training in the latest developments in inherited bleeding disorders, acquired hemostatic disorders and thrombocytopenia, and women’s issues in hemostasis and venous thrombosis.
