    We are glued to our screens daily. However, many have been starting to wonder: "Can our phones hurt us? More specifically, can the blue light coming from our devices harm our eyes?" More recently, the general public has been wondering if we should worry about how our phone can affect our skin. In this episode, we will dive into the latest research on how blue light, and electronic device generated light (EDGL), can affect our skin.
