    Tiredness is draining. Practice letting go of the day and letting in the lightness of rest. Enjoy this guided sleep countdown if sleep seems to escape you. Have a seat and consider 16 words, this affirming gentle guided meditation is meant to be quick and fast but made to last. Make your list and repeat each word after "I Am". Breathe in for I Am, exhale ypur affirmative statement or word. Make this your own. It can be the same word repeated or a new list daily listen to yourself...what are you affirming to be real and true?
