Ryan welcomes on a cast of characters from the 2023-24 GOJHL Sutherland Cup Champions, the Listowel Cyclones, who became GOJHL champs for the second time ever and first since 2018 alongside a fourth Cherrey Cup.
The conversation starts with star goalie Dixon Grimes. Ryan and he discuss his return to Listowel where his junior career started, the season he had with goalie partner Riley Arts, and his feelings on ending junior as a champ.
Next up is the father/son duo of Kory and Tanner Dietz, Kory the Head Scout and his son Tanner a two-way dynamo with the Cycs. They discuss winning together, the way the team was built and the fun times this season.
Finally, friend of the show and GM of the Cyclones, Trent McClement, hops on to talk about becoming a champion, creating the roster and all the great executives and board members the team is blessed with.
