This is genuinely great for relaxation. Although I don’t struggle with sleep, this is still a nice addition to my nighttime routine. The sounds played with the stories make you feel as though the story is taking place around you. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, who’s looking for something to calm them down after a long day.
