A short meditation and visualization to celebrate the Spring Equinox. The Spring Equinox represents the start of a new cycle, a new beginning, and honors the infinite fertility of Mother Nature. We are inseparable from her cycles, we shift and move with her, we dance with her and her seasons. She reminds us that after the darkness the light is coming back, new life is sprouting after winter. And, YOU ARE BLOSSOMING, too, darling!
Here are some ritual ideas for today:
spend time in Nature and as you do so, observe all the new life sprouting around you
plant seeds, prepare your flowers, balcony and gardens
clean your home and your surroundings to welcome new energy
Journaling prompts:
What intentions do you want to plant for your life? What wish do you want to confide to mother earth that you want to see blossom?
