Very good content, the 3 hosts offer awesome insight in a very funny way. I really appreciate that they address people like me that don’t go to gym everyday because work. Meg offers very good advice on eating the right foods and she seems very knowledgeable. Liam is very funny and gives very good advice on getting a good body.
The show is very entertaining and very fun to listen to I give them 5 stars.

Question what can I do if I only have 2 days a week I can go to workout in ? I am very busy and want to get fit! Thank you keep up good work
