#02 | Ups & Downs with My Fitness Journey (Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Recovery Week 1‪)‬ Back on Track

    • Health & Fitness

Hey guys, I'm so glad that I'm finally able to share another episode with all of you that basically is one story of my fitness journey that I've been through. I've been diagnosed with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) and now it's the Week 1 of my recovery. Life always has its cycle and so does fitness. It's okay to have mistakes and failures in life, sometimes you don't know how to treat your body right, but it's totally okay. Learning from fault and mistake is definitely changing you to take better actions in the future. If mistakes never existed, you'd never know what is a good and bad thing to do. Again, everything is temporary, so does my HA. I'm encouraging myself to eat more, exercise less, and live my life without any judgment :)
