Originally from the United Kingdom but Dan has spent the past 7 years working in professional basketball in Spanish ACB league as well as international scouting throughout Europe and South America. Dan has a background in sports science, and is currently studying sports data science and data management. He has experience in professional European basketball. Coach Pett's goal is to continue to learn and develop each day and he is passionate about player development and working each day to make others better.

Coach Phifer has successful experience not only as a player but also a Head Coach in the small school setting. He has been able to lead two different programs to the playoffs, capture a district title and win 62% of his game as a Head Coach.
