From Youth Athletes to Elderly confined to wheelchairs, Damien works to serve & provide the harmonious pleasures of Spirituality, Wellness & Love to others.

Damien Vega is mic'd up during a team workout that he runs for the Brien McMahon Football team. Head coach of Brien McMahon Jeff Quieroga chose to utilize Be Monumental as his team's off-season training program.
