Grounding & Stability Yoga Nidra
Originally recorded as part of the Wellness Week run in Autumn 2021 - Ritual, Rhythm & Reflect. This yoga nidra is inspired by the work of Tracee Stanley and her book, Radiant Rest. At the end of the nidra you may wish to free write/journal or simply head off to bed or your day! It includes a short talk about yoga nidra and how I use it as a practice for rest.
I hope it brings you a sense of grounding, stability and rest. -

You do not need any equipment for this practice however a comfortable and quiet space will be supportive with optional props such as a blanket over the body, an eye pillow and support under the knees. A pen and paper may be handy at the end of the practice.
