    Adam kicked off the Find Your Fizz Podcast back in 2020 as my first guest, when he was on the journey to the Tokyo 2021 Olympics. He has been to the Olympic Games and we have a catch up on his experience, how he did  & how he managed to get through the Post Olympic Blues. This was such a rollercoaster of a chat, there were moments when we were both so emotional but one that will fulfil your heart with pride for the grit it takes to be an athlete.

She is the founder of Talia Cecchele Nutrition and runs a successful online clinic, leading a team of specialist dietitians to support people to recover from their eating disorders and disordered eating and overcome diet rules and food fears. Talia is passionate about bringing balance back to nutrition and helping people to recognise that perfect diets don't exist. On the back of a successful 30-day food rule challenge on instagram, Talia launched the Rule Breaker Challenge which is an online program to help people regain control of their food choices.

After pitching her idea in the University of Greenwich Enterprise Challenge and winning the Social Category in 2020, Ella decided to pursue this dream as my next step following graduating from my Events Management Degree. Since then, Ella has become a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is now working towards completing her Wellness and Resilience Coach Diploma.

    This week, we have a such a treat with Harriet Heath joining us on the podcast! 

    Harriet is a Pilates teacher and enthusiast of all things movement related. She runs a virtual movement studio called Harriet Heath - Mind Body Soul Moves where she guides live Pilates classes alongside an ever growing library of 'On Demand' classes. Lover of life's simple pleasures, including but not limited to, hummus, the ocean, a really good chat and nursing a coffee for at least an hour until it's stone cold. Harriet wants to encourage movement to celebrate and nourish our bodies rather than punish them – using movement as a tool to make you feel incredible in both mind and body, keeping you strong, centred, mobile and empowered. She fell in love with movement at a very early age - dance being her first true love. Harriet wants to focus on how movement can make you feel rather than how it makes you look. She leads classes that connect mind and body and breath. Bringing them together in fluid series of movements to create that feeling of connection to self. A moving meditation if you will - to nourish the whole self. There is no time to hear the voices that you aren’t enough, that you can’t do something or whatever it is the external world is throwing at you. You are just you, at your essence, with none of the fluff on top. After a class I hope to leave you feeling clearer, more grounded and more at home within yourself (as well as thoroughly worked out from top to toe).

Now as a coach he supports individuals to find confidence in themselves and truly leads them on a path to understanding themselves, their relationships and helping them step onto a path of healing and releasing old, stuck, repeating, unhelpful beliefs, values and patterns.

    With many of his own life experiences behind him, he has become an expert in truly understanding that we all have a lot of healing to do - whether you have gone through immediate trauma or not.
