Cheat Meals & Cheat Days
I had a terrible relationship with food & exercise in my early late teens/early 20s including an 'all or nothing' mentality. Today I chat about my experience with 'cheat meals' and 'cheat days' including why I don't like using the words 'cheat' 'clean' 'dirty' when it comes to food for myself or my clients.
