WHAT IS EFT? EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an energy focused psychological treatment focused on the release of emotional blockages that cause both discomfort and emotional pain.  You may have heard EFT referred to as “Psychological Acupressure” from other sources.  However the method is the same.  The goal of EFT is help individuals clear these blockages within our energy systems that are very often the source of limiting beliefs, and behaviors, preventing them from living their full, best life.  EFTs are a set of powerful tools that can optimize both your emotional health and wellbeing.  I believe that there are direct links between both your physical and emotional well-being. Even with the most rigid of fitness regimes and healthy eating habit, emotional balance is still needed in order to achieve your greatest potential.
