    What is triggering your stress?

    Let's look at ways to explore the events in our lives that are causing our stress. Here's a link to an evaluation tool based on work by Holmes and Rahe, significant recent life events are assigned a numeric value as a measurement of life stress; the higher score indicates a greater impact on you. Sometimes the best way of dealing with stress is knowing it's the source! So, let's do this together. I'm gonna share my results with you this Tuesday, September 8th so that you can have time to do it yourself.
