In this episode, host Dylan Bowman is joined by co-host Corrine Malcolm, Tim Tollefson and a host of special guests to recap the Broken Arrow VK race.
To kick off the show, they are joined by men's race champion, Patrick Kipngeno, women's race champion, Joyce Njeru, and additional top finishers from the race.
At the finish, the hosts preview the Broken Arrow 46k race taking place tomorrow.
