In this episode, we feature Business Strategist & Executive Coach Sharnette Donacien - your 9 to Thrive Coach. Born and raised in St Lucia, Sharnette shares her personal experiences, the highs and lows and major achievements moving from the Caribbean to the UK and then to the Netherlands.

“Im Sharnette - your 9 to Thrive Coach. I’m a Business Strategist & Executive Coach! I help ambitious and driven people build a purpose and passion-filled life using what they know and have - at whatever stage of their journey. So whether you want to self start a business or side hustle from the ground up, or leverage your knowledge and skills to LevelUp in your career; then I’m the partner for you!”
Sharnette is a Cambridge University graduate, an ACCA qualified accountant and a JIEB qualified insolvency practitioner with numerous years of international experience working in the M&A and Strategy and Transformations departments of Big4 consulting firms, where she has developed solutions to complex business problems and managed cross functional and multi disciplinary teams.
These experiences and certifications has provided Sharnette with a solid foundation to be able to provide expert advice and adopt an holistic approach to supporting her clients.
This woman is simply amazing, Sharnette is also an Author and has written a collection of children’s books inspired by her children. She wants to "inspire modern, little, big readers with fun and relatable, little big stories so that they feel seen and heard and learn about different cultures". The books are based on the lived experience of her family growing up as multi-lingual, international immigrants of African-Caribbean heritage in the Netherlands.
