    Embracing Wisdom

    Embracing Wisdom

Today, on Notable Leaders’ Radio, I will be responding to some questions sent in by listeners about wisdom. You don’t have to wait until you’re in your 50s or 60s to live with wisdom. You can step into it at any age. However, you will need to choose curiosity rather than judgment.

    today’s episode, we discuss:
Living in wisdom requires curiosity, compassion, forgiveness, grace, self-awareness, and intentionality.

Learn to move forward on a new path without bringing past issues/stories with you. You can’t solve today’s technical issues with yesterday’s technology. The same is true for you.

Is it the journey or the destination that creates sustainable success and fulfillment?
One of the big gifts of choosing to live in wisdom is that you get to dropkick judgment to the curb and replace it with curiosity. Judgment holds you back, and curiosity opens endless possibilities.

Communications Hacks That Really Make a Difference

Communications Hacks That Really Make a Difference

Today, on Notable Leaders’ Radio, I'm going to talk about how to set yourself up for more successful communications. There is a way to really be heard. Tune in to learn my top communication hacks.

    In today’s episode, we discuss:
There is great power in establishing rapport. This one step turns a potentially challenging conversation into a productive/successful meeting.

Learn to communicate in a way that defies triggers. How do you handle things when the person you are speaking with gets triggered or even more challenging, when YOU get triggered?

The transformation that takes place when you understand the best way to connect with people.

Successful conversations must have a pre-planned beginning, middle, and end. Be clear on what you want to say and where you want it to end.

Leaders should show up to hard conversations with the intentions of creating safe space, and valuing the recipient. So even though the conversation may be challenging, they should know that it is being shared for their benefit and to meet their goals.
