    Christina grew up in a multicultural household in Sweden, where she learned to adapt to different personalities but also experienced the strain of constant arguments between her parents. As a result, she developed perfectionistic tendencies and a desire to please others. She initially wanted to become a psychologist but settled for dentistry because it offered more stability. However, she found dentistry triggering due to its demand for perfection. 
    Moving to Spain and juggling work with family life, Christina neglected her mental well-being, eventually leading her to the brink of burnout. She is now on a mission to raise awareness about the warning signs of burnout and the importance of self-awareness in maintaining mental health.
