The face of Japanese fighter Kouta Miura三浦孝太 is handsome.

His smile resembles that of the Taiwanese Star Greg許光漢, but he has a much more wild flavor!

He was born into a family of sports stars, and is destined to become a striking引人注目 star not only because of his face, but also because of his family.

 Kouta Miura made his debut in "RIZIN.33" on December 31st, 2021.

Through a beautiful kick, he won in one round by technical knockout擊倒對手.

As soon as Kouta Miura won, he rushed off stage to celebrate with his family.

Since he was a child, Kouta Miura also wanted to be a star.

Even though he was unable to realize實現 his dream in football, he vowed to become the king of fighting when he was only 21 years old.

Now he is famous in the fighting world.

Koreans suffer greatly from lack of sleep, which is one of the most sleep-deprived countries on earth.

Sleep deprivation can have severe consequences on both physical and mental health.

It can lead to a weakened immune system, increased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes糖尿病 and heart disease, impaired受損 cognitive認知 function, memory problems, and heightened加劇 levels of stress and anxiety.

These effects highlight the urgent need for eliminating the sleep deprivation issue in Korea.

Cultural factors such as long work hours, intense academic pressure, and a competitive society that values productivity contribute to the high levels of sleep deprivation in Korea.

The emphasis on success and achievement often leads Koreans to sacrifice sleep in order to meet societal expectations and fulfill their responsibilities.

Promoting a healthier work-life balance in Korea could involve implementing實施 policies that limit work hours and encourage employees to prioritize self-care and rest.

Companies could also provide resources and support for stress management and relaxation techniques, as well as educate the public about the importance of sleep and its impact on overall well-being.

Additionally, fostering a culture that values work-life balance and rewards productivity rather than long hours can help societal norms規範 and reduce sleep deprivation.

When compared to other countries, Korea's high levels of sleep deprivation are particularly alarming.

The combination of cultural factors and societal expectations place a significant重大的 strain張力 on the physical and mental well-being福利 of Koreans.

"Popeyes", a trendy fast food brand from the United States, will open it’s first store in Taipei on May 30.

Popeyes is a multinational restaurant chain with over 3,900 locations worldwide. 

It has restaurants in more than 30 countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, South Korea, France, Germany, and Singapore. 
The brand is the world's second largest fried chicken chain.

Opening festivities will take place over a three-day period. 

There will be free fried chicken and lanyard sets掛繩套裝 for mobile phones. 

Every day, the first 50 people who spend will receive free "fried chicken".
