Burnout is still very much stigmatised and seen as not being able to cope. It can be confronting and scary. It is more about finding the courage to remove ourselves from that environment which is not always easy. But once you’ve taken that first step, you become closer to living a more fulfilling life. Life is short and the last thing you want is to be resentful because you did not take a risk. 
In this episode, Mara shares with us how she was living her days just waiting for 5 PM and how she found the courage to follow her passion with the help of her strong support system.
