We begin a new series of satsangs on Sadhana. Each session we learn about a sadhana and then practice it. This is the introductory session about what is sadhana(spiritual practice)? Who is a sadhak(seeker)? What is the sadhya(goal)? Who is a siddha(Accomplished one)?
