Repentance is a u-turn, a change of heart. You admit your sin openly without cutting corners or blaming.
You are sorry, but instead of trying to be your own savior, you trust in Jesus! You believe you’re saved by His finish work and try to change your sinful ways.

The definition of a friend could be many different things but one is that a friend is someone who walks in, when everyone else walks out.
The night before Jesus died, Jesus said many comforting things to His disciples. He talked about His friendship with them. Join us as we look at John 15:13-16 and find incredible peace in how Jesus is the BEST friend we could ever have. A friendship that’s not contingent on how we treat Him or what mood He might be in. A friendship that is always there, arms wide open with love, no matter what!

Devotion: Easter People Trust Their Good Shepherd!
Easter People = Sheep. More specifically, Easter people = sheep that trust their good shepherd.
Sheep don’t have smarts, speed, camouflage, or fangs. The only thing they can do is flock together and that’s only beneficially if their sheep with a good shepherd. A good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep.

What goes into creating a foundation?
When you’re pouring a foundation for an earthy structure, it takes quite a few people. We recently had foundation poured at our church for our ministry expansion and it took many, many hands! Way to many people to count in order to pour the foundation just as it was supposed to be.
However, when you’re talking about the foundation of the soul, it’s easy to count how many people it takes! Just one. Jesus Christ!
