    • Självhjälp

How do you move forward in the world after experiencing the worst – losing a child? Natalie Pizarro shares her deeply personal and moving experience of losing her first daughter Sabrina who was just shy of turning two years old.
Natalie is very candid about the day that is forever burned in her memory, and how she found strength in creating a fulfilling life for herself and her husband in the wake of such a tragedy.
We start the interview with us talking about a trip I took her on two months after the loss and how it allowed her to breathe a bit. We then get into detail of what Natalie did for herself to remain sane and not fall into a puddle of despair on most days. You’ll hear more about what gave her strength, hope, what she needed most from friends, and how her perspective on life has changed.
Sabrina and her second daughter, Anna Sofia, are both IVF babies. Find more info in the show notes.
Episode 9 is part one of this interview where Natalie explains the incredible research and results from Ketamine for depression, anxiety and other mental disorders. She is the Director of Marketing and Sales at the Ketamine Health Centers, and has experienced Ketamine personally and seen remarkable effects on patients.
