It's been a hot minute since my last upload. But I've recently made a pretty bold decision to enrol into a Bachelor of Social Work. I didn't see this endeavour coming but here I am in the very early stages.

Sharing a bit of background info and sharing what the first 3 weeks of this journey has been like for myself. I'm so excited for what's to come from this decision and I am looking forward to sharing so much more.

Kicking off 2023 sober, embarking on a new and rewarding journey. There’s been a shift in perspective and a new found direction that has had me leaving alcohol in 2022.

Over the years September and October have become transformative months for me. Big things happen and when big things happen, big things change. The removing and shifting of stagnant energy and trying to find flow after the biggest week of 2022.

Back at it again.. Deep diving!!

Sharing the experience of what it's been like to have been home for my first week. 

With such a huge transition and having my life as I knew it completely turned upside down there's a load of emotions and feelings to pass through. 

Theres the adjusting and also the massive space in my life that was once full is now almost, completely empty.
