8 tips for recruiting :  

 1. 30 sec scan ( learn about the person) 

2. Find 3 things ( Relate with them)  

3.Pick up the phone ( start the conversation) 

4. Introduce yourself ( Tell your story )  - what you did prior - what has the opportunity done for you  - how do you feel about the future  

5. Ask Questions - what is the problem, that we are able to solve for them?  

6. Solve the problem ( actively listen, to be able to highlight our solution) 

7. Find the common ground 8. Be Relatable
