Blake shared his #1 tip when it comes to being a salon owner in this episode, and it was sooo good, we had to share it below! Here's the tip:
You have to be intentional with every interaction with your team members. It's so important as leaders to remember that you are monumental part in how the environment in your salon feels, and you need to make sure you have the tools to ensure your nervous system is regulated, and when things go wrong you have healthy tools on how to handle those situations.
