I was delighted to reconnect with the world of podcasting this morning with an incredibly interesting conversation with Paula of Health Rediscovered. 

Paula works as an acupuncturist & health coach out of her clinic in Glasgow, Scotland. She started her acupuncture journey in 2003 in South Korea & has never stopped developing her practice since then, incorporating a BSc in the process.

This is a fascinating exploration of the wide-ranging benefits of this therapy & Paula's passion is evident.
