As an added bonus, in a year when two brain dead zombies are running for re-election, it is about former presidents who have returned as zombies! We also talk about a microbudget horror flick that is all kinds of impressive. Plus, what is appropriate nudity?

We begin the second half of 2024 with two movies that could not be more different. Most movie fans are familiar with the controversy surrounding John Wayne’s The Conqueror. We discuss a documentary that delves into the film’s largely unspoken tragedies. Plus, we try to figure out the difference between a movie being so bad it’s good to just being so bad.

The first half of 2024 is over and we take time to reflect. The week’s show is about the good, bad, and weird from the first six months of the year. You will be surprised by some of our choices. We also talk about a horror movie from Nigeria that has one of the best slimeballs we have seen in a while.

We head three miles up the road to Socorro, New Mexico for this week’s installment of Home is Where the DIE! Is. Prepare yourself for one of the most awful, funny, and underrated movies of all time. Plus, a World Premiere from Tribeca that is all kinds of awesome - at least to one of us.

Home is Where the DIE! Is takes us to Las Cruces, New Mexico where we revisit an installment of a little known horror franchise. And wouldn't you know it? Is is about killer snakes. Kinda. We also look at a survival horror flick from 2018 that does so much right before doing just about everything wrong.

How do we come back after one week off? We start with a Roger Corman movie. There are literally hundreds to choose from. We stumbled across one of his most infamous, complete with future Hollywood legends, a horror icon in his waning days, and six directors. We also start Home is Where the DIE! Is month with a wacky made for television movie from the 1970s.
