An Evening At The Croft Rodrigo Diaz-Icasuriaga

The more I listen the more I discover. I have a name to what I've been doing now. From changing some of my routines and starting to practice yoga and meditation again, I've realised that Nada Yoga is the meditation of listening! It's quite simple really, yet so profound. We listen without discernment or judgement with closed eyes and focus only on sound. This is Ahata or struck (created) sound. From this we work to hear the Anahata sound which is internal and leads us on a journey to the realisation of our true nature. Universal vibration...

Here's another take on the natural sounds from the balcony of The Croft, a property in Southern Tasmania. This one would be best listened to with a good set of headphones in the shade of a tree on a warm day, (or laying in bed on a cold dreary day if you want to pretend it's summer! 🤣👍). Hopefully it transports you to the hammock on my balcony under the dappled light of a Blackwood tree. I'd love for this to be a collaborative project, with a radio station growing with audio snapshots from the places listeners live! Anyway, enjoy! ❤️
